Email is the best way to reach us. There is no contact form on this site on purpose — one less thing to collect, store and secure.
We read messages on working days and normally reply within a couple of them. Remote work only.
What is useful to include
A short message is fine. If you already know these details, mentioning them saves a round trip:
- Roughly what the system does and who depends on it
- Where it runs — your own servers, a cloud provider, or both
- What is prompting the enquiry: a migration, a problem, or handover
- Any timing constraints you already know about
Please do not send passwords, keys or other credentials by email. If access is needed we will agree on a sensible way to share it.

If what you need is outside the work listed on the services page, we will say so rather than take it on. No hard feelings either way.
